10-16

Today we got our tests back and I got an 89. This test was easier than the first one in my opinion and I did better on this one. The better thing was that there was no essays that we had to write. I was prepared for the CIA website part of the test because I looked over where everything was the night before the test.

Test 2

This test was not as easy as the first test but there were no essays so I liked that. For the most part this was a easy test there were a few questions that I probably got wrong but ill take that. I should've studied more on the push and pull forces. I studied most on how to find my way around the world fact book and I studied a lot of the vocab.

Today we went over what was going to be on the test. We will have 10 minutes  to go to the CIA website and answer questions about that. We need to know about the population pyramid and answer questions about countries with each population pyramid. At the end of class we watched a video on Little Hamsters eat little burritos.

And now I know that that will be one part of the test, looking at countries and finding their life expectancies. Also we will need to know about the population triangles and the graphs. Here are the words we need to know.

  • crude birth rate (CBR)
  • crude death rate (CDR)
  • developing nations
  • developed nations
  • rate of natural increase (RNI)
  • net migration rate (NMR)
  • immigration

    10-2

In todays class at the beginning Mr. Schick had to cover for another teacher while he was doing that we went to the CIA website to look at the countries population pyramids. Then we all got codes for Spotify. But of course with my luck my code didn't work. There were only a few peoples who codes didn't work. With Spotify we are helping them to interpret some music that relates to the classroom.

    10-3

In todays class we watched the newscast that I was in. Then we watched the newscast scene 1 that w
I saw a lot of times from TV Production. Then after we had a discussion about it. Then we had a discussion the whole class that went on and on about different things. We had conversations about everything from marijuana to the government. But it all related to Humans and human geography.
